Mary Ann Sulik, 64, of Lakeshore Road, town of Grafton died unexpectedly Saturday, April 9, 2011 at her residence after a history of heart issues.
She was born on January 24, 1947 to Walter and Lillian Buresh Hay in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On May 16, 1970 she married David R. Sulik of Beloit, WI in Milwaukee. Together they raised their family, living mostly in Milwaukee, moving to Cedarburg for a time and settling at their current home since 1994.
She is the President and Founder of National Emergency Medical Services Billing, Inc. Over the years she had been active with the Ozaukee County Republican Party and former member of the Ozaukee Corvette Club. She enjoyed Tai Chi, spoiling her grandkids, travels with family to Florida, New York and California, amongst others and quality family time spent together such as making French pancakes with the kids in the morning.
She is survived by her husband David, daughter Christine (Brad) Roraff of LaCrescent, MN, her son Tim (Michelle) Sulik of Wauwatosa, grandchildren Bridget and Madison Roraff and Evan Sulik, brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law Mike (Carol) Sulik of Shakopee, MN, Paul (Sue) Sulik of West Bend, Ruth Cushman of West Layfette, IN, Terrie (Werner) Hahn of Georgetown, TX and Carol (Glen) Suchan of Leander, TX, her extended family from Green Bay, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her brother Gerald Hay, her parents and her mother-in-law and father-in-law Virginia and Hugo Sulik.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30AM Thursday, April 14, 2011 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 430 N. Johnson Street, Port Washington. Reverend Thomas Lijewski will be the celebrant. Interment St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Port Washington. Visitation 9-11 AM Thursday at the Poole Funeral Home, 203 N. Wisconsin Street, Port Washington. Memorials to Children’s Hospital, 9000 W.
