Vivian M Lemke, of Saukville, Wisconsin, age 92 years, died Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She was born February 10, 1930 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to Paul and Loretta Klein Fox.  She married Carl H. Lemke on May 7, 1950.  After their marriage the couple resided in Saukville.  Carl’s family ran the former Saukville Florist and she helped out with the greenhouses and making floral arrangements while raising her family.  Carl preceded her in death on June 26, 1976.

As a woman of strong faith, Vivian started a new chapter in her life.  For many years she worked as the Immaculate Conception Parish Secretary.  She also tended to the parish religious grotto, active in the church choir and Christian Women.

Vivian enjoyed being with her family and was a friend to many, great cook, baker and gardener.

She is survived by her sons Mark (Judi) Lemke of Mequon, Joel Lemke of Saukville and grandchildren Andrew Lemke and Keith (Dana) Pegelow.  Vivian is further survived by great-grandchildren Brianna, Brandon, Lee Henry, Brandon, Noah, Cayden and Bennett; son-in-law Robert Alyea of Germantown, daughter-in-law Leigh Anne Lemke of Cedarburg, brother-in-law Bill Albrecht of West Bend, other relatives and friends.

Vivian is preceded in death by her husband Carl, granddaughter Jennifer Lemke, sister Darlene Albrecht, brother Gerald Fox, daughter Jaclyn Alyea and son Lee Lemke.

The Rev. Karl Acker will celebrate Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, March 3, 2022 at NOON at St. John XXIII Parish – Immaculate Conception Church, 140 W. Church Street, Saukville, Wisconsin.  Visitation will be from 11AM- NOON Thursday, March 3, 2022 AT CHURCH prior to the Mass.  Interment Union Cemetery, Saukville, Wisconsin.

Memorials to St. John XXII Parish or Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Foundation appreciated.
