Margaret P. Kolbach, 82, of Webster Street in Port Washington, WI died November 20, 2018 at Aurora Medical Center in Hartford, WI.
She was born June 30, 1936 in Milwaukee, WI to John and Helen Lemanczyk Pejka. Growing up in Milwaukee she graduated from Mercy High School in 1954. She married Donald J. Kolbach of Port Washington, WI on July 30, 1955 in Milwaukee, WI. They lived and worked on the family farm in the Town of Port Washington for 8 years after they were married, then they moved into the city of Port Washington.
Margaret was a member of the St. Peter of Alcantara Altar Society and Choir for many years. She enjoyed reading and working in her flower gardens and having fun with her grandchildren. She loved to play cards and games with them and they brought her much joy.
She is survived by her husband Donald and children Jane (Lee) Grantham of Greenfield, WI, Ken (Lori) Kolbach, Peter (Linda) Kolbach both of Port Washington, Ann (Neil) Mandel of New Berlin, WI and Kathy (John Oberhofer) Kolbach of Franklin, WI. She is further survived by her grandchildren Christopher, Matthew, Cassiopea, Natalie, Stephanie, Daniel, Kevin, Steven, Kaitlyn and David; great grandchildren Teagan, Kylee, Arthur, Seeley, River, Bernadette, Rose and Xavier, other relatives and friends.
Margaret is preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters, Phyllis and Lucille.
The Reverend Patrick Wendt will celebrate Mass of Christian Burial at Noon, Saturday, December 1, 2018 at St. John XXIII Parish – St. Peter of Alcantara Church, 1800 N. Wisconsin Street, Port Washington. Visitation 10AM – Noon Saturday prior to the service AT CHURCH. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Port Washington, WI.
