Donald W. Jensen, 70, died Monday, March 20, 2006 at his Highway I home in Random Lake, Wisconsin with his family by his side.

He was born October 13, 1935 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Earl F. and Hazel L. Kalupske Jensen.  He grew up in Milwaukee and married Edith Lamson of Port Washington on September 29, 1956 in Milwaukee.  He worked as a truck driver for the Milwaukee Road for 25 years until her retired in 1984.  While employed he was a member of the Maintenance of Way Union and a a union steward.  In 1983 they moved up to Random Lake.  Donald was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He also collected items relating to hunting and fishing including lures, buttons and licenses.  He also enjoyed CB and Ham Radio.

He is survived by his wife Edith and a son Michael Jensen of Random Lake.  Futher survived by an uncle, Frank Kalupske of Hales Corners, Wisconsin, other relatives and friends.

Chaplain Robert Weber of Hospice Advantage will officiate funeral services 7 pm Thursday, March 23, 2006 at the Poole Funeral Home.  Interment at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Random Lake, Wisconsin.  Visitation 4 – 7 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
