Gerald L. Fisher, 85, of South Milwaukee died Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee.
He was born October 28, 1920 in Reading, Pennsylvania to Charles and Ella Rose Fisher. He married Francis Plagge of Milwaukee Wisconsin in March of 1954 in Waukegan, Illinois. She preceded him in death November 7, 1991. Gerald ran the Fisher Shanty Inn on 29th and North in Milwaukee for many years.
He is survived by his sons Frank (Thea) Fisher of South Milwaukee, Gerald (Tracey) Schmidt of Cedarburg, Scott (Susan) Fisher of Mequon and James (LaRae) Fisher of Gardenville, Nevada. Further survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild other relatives and friends.
