Rita Cosson, age 83, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Woodland View Assisted Living in Fredonia, Wisconsin where she called home for the past few years.
She was born on January 25, 1940 in Milwaukee, WI; daughter of Arthur and Eleanor Scheck Jozwiak.
Rita married Thomas Cosson from Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on October 26, 2009.
She had been a teacher for Milwaukee parochial schools until her retirement.
Rita is survived by her sister Nora (James) Loduha of Germantown, her step-daughter Doreen Cosson, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Tom, Step-son Brian Cosson, her brother Frank and his wife Shirley Joswiak.
