  1. Joann was my special, wonderful friend. We had many discussions around her kitchen table talking about subjects from books, financial subjects to recipes. Her good mind showed up on our discussions. She greatly loved her family, enjoyed many cultural plays with them, read good books, was always kind to people, generous.

I am glad that she was part of my life and I will miss her.

  2. Buivid Family,
We lived kitty-corner from your mother. She always enjoyed the outdoor Christmas decorations my husband put up. The last time I saw JoAnn she was at Lincoln Village and I was going to visit her but Buzz was Ill for several months and passed away mid December. I have been in the hospital several times since and just recently saw the obituary. She was a joy to talk to.

  3. JoAnn has always been a special person to me, Whether she was someone I saw in the office, church or just for a visit! She has a warm, gentle kindness an always seemed so interested in what what going on. For our Church Basket raffle- she was so generous and made our job so easy-she wanted the most popular basket and we were able to give her 2 Taste of Port Baskets!! I always called her our basket “Angel” because of her giving spirit!
When I retired from the dental office she sent me a gift card and I used it to take her and her friend Eileen out to lunch…It was a wonderful day with these 2 amazing friends and I wanted to know more about them! We had a great time.
I will always treasure my visits with JoAnn- I admired her kindness and gentle soul, and I truly loved her. JoAnn was special!!

  4. Dear Joe and the entire Buivid Family – I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet Mother, Grandmother and sister. Love and prayers to all of you.
