Arlette “Artie” B. Wickert, age 81, of Mayville, WI; formerly of Milwaukee and Fox Lake, WI passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, WI.

She was born on May 23, 1939 in Milwaukee, WI; daughter of Emanuelle and Loretta (Koetters) Mueller.

On December 14, 1957, Artie married Ronald L. Wickert Sr. in Milwaukee. Together they raised their family in Milwaukee, later moving to Fox Lake in retirement. They enjoyed many years in Florida. Her husband Ron preceded her in death on October 21, 1998. Artie returned to Wisconsin to be near family in 2019.

She is survived by her children; Charles (Allison) Wickert, Ronald (Susan) Wickert and Geraldine (Lorenzo DeLeon) Wickert.

Seven grandchildren Keri (Carlos) Hernandez, Nicole (Jerry Martin) Gaspardo, Tara (Travis) Howard, Michael Wickert, Kelly Wickert, Kyle (Ashley Sevener) Wickert, and Samantha Gaspardo.

Fifteen great-grandchildren Ayana, Izaiah, Cristian, Alyana, Jayla, Kevlynn, Makayla, Riley, Charlee, Dani, Alexis, Tessa, Hudson, Ahdia, Amina and Sakara.

She will be greatly missed by nieces, nephews and many dear family and friends. Including her loving and caring friends, Victor and Erica (Kathy) Crespo.

Preceded in death by her loving daughter; Kathy grandchildren; Tina, Amy, Kevin and Aaron.

Artie was independent, quick witted and strong. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and babysitting many family and friends. Her favorite pastimes were cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers.

In Artie’s memory, please tell those closest to you how much you love them.

A private family service will be held *with masks required*
