WarnockJuneJune M. Warnock, 86, formerly of Saemann Avenue in Sheboygan, Wisconsin died Oct. 28, 2011 at Woodland Manor in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.

She was born December 12, 1924 the only child of John and Elsie Keller Behling.  Born and raised in Port Washington, Wisconsin, she graduated from Port Washington High School in 1942.  After graduation she worked as an office administrator for the Ozaukee Press for 13 years. In 1956 she moved to Toronto, Canada and married Gavin Warnock.  During that time she was a homemaker, raising Gavin’s daughter Mary-Jane as well as working as a real estate broker and editor for a weekly newspaper.

June returned to Sheboygan, Wisconsin in 1978 and did pre-press work for the Sheboygan Lakeshore Chronicle.  She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Kohler.  Family was most dear to her and she enjoyed reading, cooking, entertaining and solving the New York Times crossword puzzles.

She is survived by her daughter Mary-Jane (Mark) Taubenheim of Kohler, grandchildren Brian (Tracy) Taubenheim of Durham, North Carolina, Jennie (Craig) Robinette of Asheville, North Carolina, Robert (Stacey) Taubenheim of Sheboygan and Dawn Taubenhem of Bahama, North Carolina.  Further survived by great grandchildren Joshua, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Lucas, Abagail, Josie, Gil and Mason, her former husband Gavin Warnock of Edinburgh, Scotland, other relatives and friends.

Pastor Robert Steele will officiate funeral services 11:30 am  Friday, November 4, 2011 at Bethany Lutheran Church, 222 Church Street, Kohler, Wisconsin.  Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Port Washington.  Visitation 10 am – 11:30 am Friday at Bethany Lutheran Church.
