Kriegel, Amanda Lynn

Amanda Lynn Kriegel, 20, of Douglas Street, Port Washington died Thursday, September 4, 2008 at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.  She had severe chronic neutropenia and autoimmune disorder complications.

She was born May 11, 1988 in West Bend, Wisconsin to Tina Goeden and David Kriegel.  Growing up in Fredonia, she graduated in 2006 from Northern Ozaukee High School.  Amanda had dreams of being a model and actress and was active in the school theater, plays and drama department and was a cheerleader.  She will be remembered as a giving and friendly person.

Amanda is survived by her mother Tina (Tim Benson) Kriegel of Port Washington, her father David (Susan Doucette) Kriegel of Fredonia and brothers Ryan Goeden, Justin Kriegel and Cole Kriegel, all of Fredonia.  Further survived by grandparents Ruth (Armand) Goeden of Grafton and Joe (Judy) Kriegel of Green Bay, Wisconsin; aunts Karen (Ken) Sieren of Milwaukee and Janet (Jon Brinkman) Kriegel of Appleton, WI; uncle Mike (Tracy) Kriegel of Cascade, other relatives and many friends.

Pastor Mark Wagner of Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, Grafton will officiate funeral services 1 pm Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at the funeral home.  Interment will be in the Waubeka Union Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.  Memorials are appreciated.
