Julie was given the gift of life on July 20, 1977 in Rochester, NY. It was tragically given back on August 2nd, 2017 in Grafton, WI. Our hearts are broken.
Julie was raised in Loveland and Eaton, Colorado, she graduated from Eaton High School in 1994. Julie was married to William Richardson and their union produced two children, Teagan and Shyla, whom Julie loved and adored. They resided in Wisconsin.
Though she had many career paths her love was IT. She was employed with Omni Resources through her ability to self educate herself as an IT Specialist.
Several of her obsessions was her beloved Denver Broncos, dolphins, electronics, and we cannot forget her shoe collection. On top of all that Julie was a proud member of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Predeceased by her grandparents Richard Lee Helzer, William and Nancy Hamilton. She is survived by her son, Teagan Glen Richardson, her daughter Shyla Lee Richardson of Saukville, WI, her parents Dennis and Cindy Helzer, of Pittsford, NY., sister and BIL Alison and Jayson Helzer-Bonenfant and nephew Jaxson Lee Bonenfant of Fairport NY, her grandmother Darlene Helzer of Greeley CO., along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and her special friend, Mike Mack of Milwaukee, WI.
A memorial picnic will be held at Upper Lake Park, Kiwanis Pavillion(by the Possibility Playground) in Port Washington from 5 to 9 pm on Monday August 7th.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in Julie’s memory can be made to a GoFundMe set up to help support her children, Teagan and Shyla.
