Sharon A. Bohlen, age 82, of the town of Saukville, WI found eternal peace Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Milan Estates in Saukville, WI.

She was born in Milwaukee, WI on August 30, 1940 to Thomas and Anne C. (Ternes) Marcus.  She grew up in Port Washington and graduated from Port Washington High School.  Sharon married John Bohlen of Saukville on October 8, 1960 at St. Mary’s Church in Port Washington.  She worked briefly in the offices of Port Washington State Bank and Northern Signal in Saukville.

Sharon was creative and had a good eye for detail.  She enjoyed making flower arrangements for family and friends and designed and created many altar decorations for her church, Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Newburg, WI. She loved reading a good book and shared that love of reading with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling and making new friends along the way.  Lifelong friends were made from trips to Toronto, Canada, England and Ireland. 

She is survived by her husband John of the Town of Saukville and her daughters Susan (Mark) Grebenor of San Antonio, TX and Debra (Robert) Wagner of Saukville, WI. She is further survived by four grandchildren, Thomas Bohlen, Nicholas (Skyler) Grebenor, Jacob Wagner, and Zachary Wagner, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was expecting her first great grandchild in January of 2023.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Marilyn Marcus Palmer, and son Timothy.

A memorial Mass will be held in Spring, 2023.  Interment will be at Holy Trinity’s Cemetery in Newburg, WI.
