WitteLillianELillian E. Witte, 76, formerly of Grafton and Port Washington, died Friday, June 23, 2006 at her Lasata Care Center residence in Cedarburg.

She was born February 26, 1930 in Black River Falls, Wisconsin to Francis and Ester Hulett Heller, Sr.  She had been married to Carl J. Lavrick of Pigeon Falls, WI.  They divorced and she married William C. Witte of Grafton, WI on June 24, 1966 in Champaign, IL.  They lived in Grafton and were members of Pilgrim United Church of Christ.  William preceded her in death June 10, 1979.  She kept a spotless house and enjoyed solving crossword puzzles and her cat.  She moved to Port Washington in 1996 and had most recently been a resident of Lasata Care Center in Cedarburg.  Lillian found peace and enjoyment in church, when she could no longer drive her friends Gary and Peggy Tackes would take her.

She is survived by her children Terry (Jeanine) Larvick of Fredonia, WI, Janice (William) Habeck of Adell, WI, David Larvick, Myron Larvick, Michael Witte of Saukville, WI and Renee (Edmund) Kirk of Menomonee Falls, WI and step children Donald (Mary Ann) Witte of Grafton, WI, Kathlene Bublitz of Cedarburg, WI, Janice (George) Flierl of Port Washington, WI and Dale (Irene) Witte of Dallas, TX.  Further survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 21 step-grandchildren, 16 step-great- grandchildren, 2 step-great-great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law Toni Larvick, brothers Francis (Linda) Heller of Alma Center, WI, Richard (Charlotte) Heller and Norman Heller, both of Black River Falls, WI, sister Hazel (Rod) McClearn of Hartford, WI, other relatives and friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands and two step sons Robert and Willard.

The Rev. Jeffrey Suddendorf of the First Congregational Church, Port Washington will officiate funeral services 3 pm Sunday, June 25, 2006 at the Poole Funeral Home, 203 N. Wisconsin Street, Port Washington, WI.  Interment will be in the Union Cemetery, Port Washington.  Visitation will be from 1 � 3 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
