Steidtmann, Mary

Mary L. Steidtmann, 73, of Northwoods Road died early Saturday, July 12, 2008 at her Town of Port Washington Home.

She was born February 7, 1935 in Tacoma Washington to Alfred and Viola Bottiger Schenk.  She served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.  She married Richard Steidtmann of Eau Claire, Wisconsin on April 4, 1959 in Coeur D’alene, Washington.  Mary worked in home health care for over 23 years for Outreach and Horizon Home Health Care, retiring in 1996.  She enjoyed the Northwoods of Wisconsin and the Western United States.

Mary is survived by her husband Richard, and children Debra (Richard) Schmidt of Saukville, Glenda (John) Jacque of Port Washington, Steve (Patti) Steidtmann of the town of Port Washington, Al Steidtmann of Mobile, Alabama and Mike (Jenny) Steidtmann of Saukville.  Further survived by granchildren Jenny, Chris, Michelle, Cassie, Jessica S., Jessica M. and Kaitlyn, great grandson Noah, brother Glen (Edna) Schenk of Port Ludlow, Washington, other relatives and many friends.

Dr. Stanley Conrad will officiate funeral services 4 pm Sunday, July 20, 2008 at the funeral home.  Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery.  Visitation 2 – 4 pm Sunday at the funeral Home.  Memorials Appreciated.
