Charles E. Prendergast, III “Charlie”, 46, of Mink Ranch Road in the Town of Port Washington, Wisconsin died at his residence Saturday, October 9, 2010.
He was born April 2, 1964 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina to Charles E. Prendergast, Jr. “Chuck” and Marita Thielen. In 1971 the family moved to Saukville, Wisconsin and he graduated from Port Washington High School. After high school he began working at Tires Unlimited Automotive Services in Port Washington and was currently the manager there.
Charlie lived in Cedarburg for a while and moved back to Port Washington about 5 years ago. He was a social, fun loving guy that enjoyed his nieces and nephews, nature and going up north with his friends. He liked hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, riding ATV’s and recently he took up kayaking. He also was involved with the local pool leagues and was a past member of the Port Washington Saukville Jaycees and the Port Fish Day fireworks committee.
He is survived by his parents Chuck and Marita Prendergast of Saukville and two sisters Traci Perronne of Fredonia and Jeanne (Oscar) Santos of Germantown, Tennessee. Further survived by nephews Nathan Perronne, Santiago Santos and Samuel Santos, nieces Maya Santos and Thais Santos, other relatives and many friends. Preceded in death by his grandparents.
Rev. Patrick Wendt will celebrate Funeral Mass 7 pm Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church, 1800 N Wisconsin Street, Port Washington. Visitation 4 – 7 pm Tuesday, October 19 at CHURCH. Memorials appreciated.
