Blanche A. Peters, 95, died Sunday, January 23, 2005 at Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Port Washington.

She was born January 27, 1909 to Daniel and Lillian Mullen Roney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She met Henry “Hank” Peters of Milwaukee and on July 11, 1929 they were married. They resided in Wauwatosa. Hank preceded her in death January 14, 1996. She lived in Mequon and moved to Heritage in 1999. Blance enjoyed entertaining and hosting parties and was in bridge and sheepshead card clubs. She also enjoyed traveling and reading mystery novels. She was very proud of her Irish heritage.

She is survived by her children James (Patricia) Peters of Holmen, Wisconsin and Thomas Peters of Westchester, California. Blance had two grandchildren, Hudson “Hud” (Tammy) Peters of Cincinnati, Ohio and William (Julia) Peters of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and eight great grandchildren. Further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by an infant child, two sisters and one brother.

Memorial Services were held.
