Bernice H. Nault, age 83, of Port Washington, Wisconsin passed away peacefully Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Lasata Senior Campus in Cedarburg, Wisconsin where she had resided the past few months.

She was born on August 29, 1934 in Port Washington, Wisconsin; daughter of Leonard and Ella Last Didier. Bernice attended local schools and was a graduate of Port Washington High School, class of 1952.

On July 3, 1954, Bernice married John H. Nault of Escanaba, Michigan at Friedens Church in Port Washington. For many years the family lived on South Madison Street in Port Washington. John preceded her in death on January 20, 1970.

Bernice was a member of Friedens Church over the years. She enjoyed crocheting and playing cards with friends.

She is survived by her sons Salty (Linda) Nault and Rocky (Julie) Nault of Port Washington, grandchildren Kourtney (Jeff) Wojcik, Travis (Amy) and Alex (Alisha) Kornely, Zach (Rachel) and Tyler (Maggie) Nault; great granddaughter Hope and one on the way; her sister Debbie Didier of Port Washington; brothers Richard “Dick” (Phyllis) Didier of Cedarburg and Robert (the late Lorraine) Didier of Clintonville; son-in-law Rick Kornely, brothers-in-law Warren Lemke and Harold Nothem, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bernice is preceded in death by her husband John, her daughter Cindy Kornely, her son Ace “Ron” Nault, her sisters Norma “Joyce” Lemke and Dorothy Nothem and brother Philip Didier.

Funeral services will be held at 6PM Friday, February 2, 2018 at Friedens Church, 454 N. Milwaukee Street, Port Washington, Wisconsin. Family will receive relatives and friends from 4-6PM Friday AT CHURCH prior to services. Interment will take place at Union Cemetery in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
