Dorothy M. Buday, formerly of Maple Crest and W. Foster Street, Port Washington died Sunday March 18, 2012 at the Melech Hospice House in Temple Terrace, Florida.

She was born July 2, 1921 in Ashland, Wisconsin to Ben and Mayme Peterson Frederick.  On July 15, 1944 she married John “Jack” Buday of Milwaukee, Wisconsin in Ashland.  They raised their family on W. Foster Street in Port Washington.  He preceded her in death November 22, 2000.  Dorothy was active with the women’s group at First Congregational Church in Port Washington for many years.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters Carrie Witthuhn of Valrico, Florida and Deborah (Danny) Melrose of Tampa, Florida.  Further survived by grandchildren Tracy (Richard) Capellan of Milwaukee and Jennifer Witthuhn of Florida, brothers Warren (Bonnie) Frederick of Tampa, Florida and Benjamin (Bertha) Frederick of Andover, Minnesota, sister Evelyn Rafona of Hollywood, Florida, other relatives and friends.  Preceded by her husband and brother Harold Frederick.

Rev. Jeff Suddendorf will officiate memorial services 2pm Sunday, August 19, 2012 at First Congregational Church, 131 N. Webster Street, Port Washington, Wisconsin.  Family will recieve friends 1pm – 2pm Sunday August 19th AT CHURCH.  Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery, Ashland, Wisconsin.
